• Not happy with late receipt of GST returns information, got a warning letter from the IRD (Team note: Information to prepare GST return arrived late from client). Have been very happy how quickly I get responses and how approachable Emma has been. I have found some replies a bit technical as have no background at all in accounting. Overall happy and thankful for the help.
