Courier Deliveries from Kiwitax

When sending out completed work we often use couriers to deliver the packages. For client privacy and security we always instruct the courier to obtain a signature on delivery so we know the package has been successfully received.
It appears sometimes the courier drivers are not following these instructions and occasionally leaving packages unsigned for which is far from ideal. We have discussed this issue with the courier company and hopefully shouldn't happen again. If you do receive a package from us and the courier driver leaves the package without obtaining a signature can you please let us know?
