As you may be aware our website was shortlisted for a WriteMark award recently. On Friday afternoon Kylie, Emma, Melissa and Nathan went to Wellington for the awards ceremony at Parliament. They had a lovely fun evening and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We were thrilled to be announced as one of three finalists for Best Plain English Website Award (Private Sector) with congratulations to The Wheeling Gourmet for winning the award. Well done!
Here's a full list of the finalists and winners of the Plain English Awards 2010.
We were all very honoured to be part of the awards and it has been a super exciting time for us all at Kiwitax. Right from the very beginning we have always been focused on keeping our communications clear and easy to understand. The acknowledgment of this is hugely appreciated.
Early last week we were contacted by our local Hawkes Bay newspaper, the Hawke's Bay Today about our being shortlisted for the award and an article was published in Friday's paper. Here's a PDF scan of the article.
Thank you so much to WriteMark and the judges, The Hawke's Bay Today and everyone involved with this whole experience. It's been a really special time for us!
We're always happy to help and talking with us is always free.
