Property Annual Accounting

You will receive property financial reports that include a statement of financial performance and statement of fixed assets & depreciation (if applicable). These will outline the profit or loss of your investment property for the year. Your income tax returns will also be prepared and submitted to Inland Revenue for you.

 
Annual Financial Reports

Once the annual accounting is complete business financial reports are created which include a statement of financial performance, statement of financial position, statement of fixed assets & depreciation and owners capital report. These will outline the profit or loss of your business for the year and your business assets and liabilities. From this your income tax returns are then prepared.

 
Personal Income Tax Returns

Based on the business annual financial reports and any external income received, personal income tax returns are carefully prepared in conjunction with any business income tax returns ensuring the best possible tax outcome for all concerned. Once prepared and signed off these are submitted to Inland Revenue for you.

Your residential investment property should be privately owned by you and another person. This should not be a registered partnership or company.

1 to 5 Rental Properties

This service is suited to investors who own one to five rental properties.

Residential Rental Property

If you own residential property in New Zealand which you supply for rental accommodation then you're required to provide Inland Revenue with financial information and income tax returns relating to this activity.
